When I started Staffed by ASM Virtual, I didn’t want to build just another outsourcing agency. I wanted to build a place where people feel seen, supported, and proud of the work they do.
I’ve worked with so many businesses that were stretched thin, and I’ve seen so many talented Filipinos who just needed the right chance. That’s why we exist, to bring those two worlds together.
Remote work changed my life, and it continues to change the lives of the people we work with every day. For our clients, it means freedom to focus on what matters. For our team, it means being home with family and still building a meaningful career.
