What you'll need
Our clients count on you being there when you said you would be. This is what makes that possible.
A good working computer
- Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or 11, or macOS
- Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 or newer, or any Apple M-series Mac
- At least 8GB of RAM (16GB is better) and an SSD
- A webcam, and a headset with a microphone
Internet, with a backup
- A wired main connection, at least 25 Mbps
- Mobile data with a strong signal that can run a hotspot if your main connection drops
Clear availability
- Every client sets their own required hours
- Many work US hours, which means nights here
- Tell us honestly which hours you can work, so we only put you forward for roles that fit
