Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 20 October 2026

We're reviewing this page with our advisers, so it may change soon.

These are the rules for using our website. We have kept them as short and plain as we can.

The short version

  • Using this website doesn't sign you up for anything. Working with us is covered by a separate written agreement.
  • Applying through the website isn't a job offer.
  • Please use the website fairly and don't copy our content or brand.
  • These terms are governed by Wyoming law.

1. Who we are

Staffed is the trading name of Staffed by ASM Virtual, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.

Registered address: 1021 East Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States

Email: divine@asmvirtual.com

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Staffed. "You" means anyone using this website.

2. These terms

These terms cover your use of staffedbyasmvirtual.com (the website). By using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

If you're using the website on behalf of a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for that business.

3. Our services have their own agreement

Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services. When a business works with us, that relationship is covered by a separate written agreement, including a client services agreement and a placement addendum for each person placed.

If anything on this website is different from what's in your signed agreement, your agreement wins.

Timelines, examples and results on this website, such as sourcing taking up to 14 working days or how long our placements last, describe how things usually go. They aren't promises unless they're written into your agreement.

4. Applying to work with us

Sending us an application doesn't create a job offer, a contract, or any working relationship with us or with our clients.

People we place work as independent contractors under a separate written agreement. We'll only put you forward for a role if we think it's a good fit, and we can't promise that a role will be available.

Please make sure everything you send us is true and up to date.

5. Using the website

You can browse, share links to our pages, and contact us through the website. Please don't:

  • use the website for anything unlawful or misleading
  • send us false information, or apply or enquire pretending to be someone else
  • copy, scrape or collect content or data from the website by automated means
  • try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it
  • upload or send anything that contains viruses or harmful code

6. Our content and brand

The content on this website, including text, design, graphics, our logo, and the name and tagline "Staffed" and "No One Builds Alone", belongs to us or to people who have licensed it to us. Some photos are used under licence from stock libraries.

You can share links to our pages. Please don't copy, change or reuse our content or brand for your own purposes without asking us first.

7. Information on the website

We work hard to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that everything is complete or current at all times. We may change or remove content at any time.

The website gives general information about how we work. It isn't legal, tax, immigration or employment advice. Please get your own advice for your situation.

9. Our responsibility to you

We provide the website "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using, or not being able to use, the website, including loss of profit, business, data or opportunity.

If we are found responsible for a loss connected to your use of the website, our total responsibility is limited to US$100. This doesn't apply to services under a signed agreement, which has its own terms.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the law gives you that can't be changed by a contract.

10. Your privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.
